- I came to live in Canada with my husband and two children almost five years ago. When I came here, I was a fully trained freelance journalist, and went on to publish a series about my immigration experience in the Province newspaper (the series can be seen on www.theimmigrant.ca). I later decided to become a realtor, and that is what I now am...a writer and a realtor.

This is great goal. I think that if you just target your NICHE and work with it, you will not need to attract so many buyers (My personal marketing and RE investor opinion) You will become financially independent much faster this way.
It is not about how much you make, it is about how much you invest wisely that give you higher ROI and how much you KEEP (Not spend unwisely). Also as soon as you shift your mind from right quadrant tot eh left quadrant, you will begin to earn more, or how Bob Proctor said, " Getting Rich is a results of doing thing in certain way"
