About Me:

I am the Founder of Open Minds, Reaching…TM (www.openmindsreaching.net). I am a coach, workshop moderator, author, lecturer, researcher, key note speaker, and an active consultant in the field of Cultural Resource Management. I live in Herzlia, Israel, along the Mediterranean, and work with a diverse range of clients globally.

For me, change and transition – cultural, social, personal, and professional - have been a way of life, challenging me to live with intent and purpose by making conscious choices at every stage. I was born and raised in San Francisco, and try to communicate and engender a spirit of openness, optimism, enthusiasm and total commitment to whatever I undertake. I have a broad base of experience on which to address issues of development, change and transfer of skills.

My lifestyle is one of commitment to personal growth and I am fortunate to have first-hand knowledge that diversity can enrich one's life. I try to bring a spirit of adventure and my life experience to the benefit of my clients in a unique, straight-forward and fearless journey to that part of themselves waiting to emerge. I hold them accountable to themselves and their goals and provide them with the tools to maintain that.

I passionately believe in the creativity, resourcefulness and potential of people of all ages and have always felt enriched by change. For me, transition has been a way of life. I have enjoyed over twenty-five years of success as an organizational, marketing, cultural resource management and PR professional, in a wide range of disciplines: the performing arts, maritime archaeology and heritage, science-based projects and topic-specific conferences – in the professional and academic worlds, and in the profit and not-for-profit sectors.

I am happiest and most productive when doing what I do best: interacting with people who are working towards their dreams and goals. With a BSc in Arts Administration and Music, and an MA in Archaeological Heritage Management, I created Open Minds, Reaching…TM, a Cultural Resource Management Consultancy. I then trained as a Co-Active Coach with The Coaches Training Institute of California, adding life coaching to my practice. Coaching enables me to address the core issues facing people in their personal lives in order for them to move themselves forward. And once on this path, I haven’t looked back.

I have a coaching, training, facilitating business which is focused on bringing my clientele to success in their personal lives and business ventures. It is success oriented on all possible levels, and international. And I love it.
